Let's review what we did in Milestone M30 (Feb 10- Feb 23, 2025).

New Features🚀

  • Support for Google Pay in Stripe – Clients can now use Google Pay when making payments through Stripe. This allows for faster checkouts, reducing friction and increasing successful payments.

  • Support for Apple Pay in StripeApple Pay is now available for Stripe payments, making it easier for iPhone, iPad, and Mac users to complete their transactions with just a tap.

  • Intro page theme – You can now customize the theme of your intro page to create a more professional and branded experience for your clients. A well-designed page builds trust and makes booking more engaging.

  • Lock timezone feature – Admins can now set a fixed timezone in the admin panel. This ensures that all bookings remain in the correct timezone, preventing scheduling errors.

Enhancements

  • Calendar view improvements – We've improved the calendar view when creating a scheduling link. The booking widget now available for one-on-one and round-robin meetings, so you can check slots without previewing the booking page. Just confirm, copy, and share.

  • New workflows for meetings – Automate actions before and after meetings, such as reminders or follow-ups. This ensures a seamless client experience and saves you time.

  • Read-only questions in Forms – Now, specific questions in booking forms can be marked as read-only. This prevents accidental changes and ensures that important details remain intact when sharing a pre-filled scheduling link.

  • Bookings export to email – Large booking exports are now automatically sent to your email instead of being downloaded instantly. This makes it easier to retrieve data without waiting in the app.

  • Multi-host meeting visibility – If a meeting has multiple hosts, all of them will now be displayed on the booking page. This ensures clients know who they’ll be meeting with.

  • Google Calendar & Google Meet integration updateGoogle Calendar and Google meet integrations now need to be set up separately, giving clients more flexibility in how they manage their scheduling preferences.

  • Clients can’t edit form responses while rescheduling – To prevent confusion, clients can no longer modify their form responses while rescheduling. Instead, they will be asked to provide a reason for rescheduling, helping hosts keep track of changes.

Bug Fixes🛠

  • Open graph visibility fix – Scheduling links now display proper previews when shared on social media or messaging apps. This makes it easier for clients to recognize and trust the link before clicking.

  • External link redirect message fix – Clients will now always see a confirmation message before being redirected to an external link, improving security and transparency.
